The Branding Guide Process

Designing a comprehensive brand standards guide is an essential process in maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity. It begins with clearly defined rules on the proper use of the company's logo. This includes guidelines on size, placement, and spacing to ensure the logo is displayed consistently across all mediums. It's crucial to provide examples of logo misuse to highlight common pitfalls and prevent deviations from the brand's visual identity.

Typography and color palette guidelines are another crucial aspect of the brand standards guide. These rules dictate the fonts and color schemes that should be used to maintain brand consistency. By specifying which typefaces and color codes to employ, a brand standards guide ensures that all communications, both print and digital, carry a uniform look and feel.

Additionally, the guide should showcase examples of the type of imagery the company can use to convey its brand personality and values effectively. This can include photography styles, illustration guidelines, or even iconography choices. By providing visual examples, the guide helps stakeholders understand how to maintain a harmonious and on-brand visual presence.

In sum, a well-crafted brand standards guide is a roadmap for internal and external stakeholders to adhere to the brand's visual identity and values. The Landing Page Process

The client requests for us to build a landing page and let us know what business they are in and who are there main competitors. We also get a list of keywords so we can make sure the landing page will have a better relevance score and be more likely to be shown. From there we design the landing page with lots of calls to actions- there should be no doubt of where we them to click. If there is no copywriting available, we often write the copy ourselves- always making sure we add the relevant keywords. We also must pay special attention to mobile layout as well- as it has the potential the increase conversions by 5%. And voila! We have a landing page for desktop and mobile.
